this allows us to strengthen an area we seem weak in we do have members in these brackets and higher but they rarely if ever play for us

criteria for invite

1 4% lower in 90 days time out

2 active at chess.com for 4 months ie since feb

3 player has online chess in profile

4 bit of leeway here not too many groups / games ongoing discretion of inviting admin here is invitee overloaded if so we dont add to their burden

once the recruitment programme is under way post results here ie 100 players vetted 30 invites sent update as we go

if invites are all used up create shortlist they get priority the next day

please indicate which bracket you wish to volunteer for thanks it will seem herculean at the start but if we stay organised we can do this
