Newton Abbot Chess Club

As one of the most prosperous chess clubs in England, we are a great club with a wide variety of standards. We have complete beginners, keen club players and former professionals. We have many internal competitions as well as competing in many tournaments and leagues; locally and nationally! We have coaching sessions for any players who want to improve their game. About 30% of the members are juniors, so NACC is by no means a purely adult-based club. Just come along for your first free session on thursday nights at 7:00pm in Room 2 of the Courtenay Centre, Newton Abbot (details listed). From then on, it is £1 per club night for juniors and £2 for adults. If you wish to join for the season, then the subscription fees are £10 for juniors and £35 for adults.
