Northern Chess

While searching for Canadian Chess clubs, I noticed that there were quite a few general Canadian clubs, spanning the country's entirety. However, very few were located in Ontario, and none of them were for the northern GTA! So, I've come to the conclusion that making a club to fill that gap is in my interest! 

The idea of this club is to have a casual, yet informational and entertaining hub of chess for people who live in Ontario, but especially northern GTA. This is the first club I've created, so it will consist of slow improvements in terms of events, discussions, and overall layout. 

The goal is to meet new people who have commonalities, enjoy your time engaging, and improve your overall chess abilities. Who knows? Maybe down the road, we would be able to organize OTB events!
