Im pretty sure the club on ChessCom isnt really active anymore but the chess club is active still. We have our time on Wednesday's around 6:30pm-10pm

Hi Phil again(!), I'll try not to accidentally press return this time. I saw you were watching tonight's match and tried to guess some moves. Of course, your 'wrong' moves may well have been better moves! All I can suggest for improving your play is to play some games on the site. However, I find if I play too many, the standard is rubbish, so I only play 1 or 2 games (at 10 minutes) in any day. I do a couple of puzzles first (5 free), just to get the brain in gear. I also run analysis to check

PhilCurrie: hello all, just joined. i have just been speaking to David waud who advised me to say hi on here. my name is phil, I have just re-started playing after a very long break(having had my interest re-awoken by the queens gambit 🤷🏻♂️) and I am looking to improve my game so any advice or mentoring would be appreciated. I used to be in a chess club when I was younger. I started on here recently and for some reason was ranked at 1200, but I'm now at 832, which is probably more realistic
