As for only having 4 players i keep calling upon our team mates to join but we have rather unenthusiastic bunch ;(- .
If you want me to loby for more members it seems very hard and time consuming to get quality members that will grow with us ,besides look at our stong Laith and amor and dimka that are uninterested and busy , am not going to force players to play with them hiding in a distant country behind a computer screen ;-) , but i c

Captain...i would like to raise two little things to your attention,,,this match we have against funtastic got only four players joined on our side since quite few days & its a little embarrasing (just look at how many they have & waiting) if you can do some "marketing" to get more players in order to move on & lock it...

i don`t know what`s wrong with 90% of our team and why do they not participate in our matches , if you joined chess.com surely your best reason is to play chess and get better at it specially when done for a good team spirit where everybdy is pulling for each other to win and do well.
If you think you are too good to play for our Pirates you could always leave the team or better let me throw you from the ship.
