On another note, I picked a starting rating of 1800 and won luckily against another player rated around 2000, also pretty new account. How? Both of us followed a line in the chess365 database which makes black lose a piece. That is when I made my first own move, I was already a piece up. Hence, I won the game. Next, I got a message from chess.com congratulating me that I crossed 2000 -and- writing that they take cheating very seriously and that I should register if I am a titled player. Serious?
Sailon has lost plenty of games, how can he be a cheater? I have the feeling chess.com has turned the benefit of the doubt into the opposite. I would prefer if, after an acount was closed, chess.com would provide the exact list of games where cheating occurred.
Sorry about timing out. I have been sleep deprived. I came home from work, had dinner, and just when I decided to make my moved before sleeping... blackness. I woke up in the morning wondering why the lights were still on and I was notified that I lost some 15 odd games. I think I am going to stop playing correspondence and start playing live rapid and blitz.
In this case, the lack of fairplay was from your adversary. I'm sure chess.com will give you the chance to defend yourself. Or everybody will be in the hands of some sour looser.
My guess is that Linsky_666 reported me since that was my last completed game. He was rated 2165 and the game was a draw. I came better out of the opening since he ran into my OTB preparation. I usually play the scandinavian with sf6 against e4. The strange thing is that he was a little bit more precise in the middle and the endgame and thus has a lower centipawn loss than I had. Why only I got banned when I did not play better than my opponent is beyond me.
This is arg. In short: chess.com never informed me on what I did not wrong and hence I can only guess. Note that this account may also be closed soon since I signed up with the same passwort and the same IP adress. I have nothing to hide.
