Hello Jason, The Ulster Chess Union is the overseeing organisation for chess in NI. We hold lots of over the board events. Check out www.ulsterchess.org. We don't currently have much going on near your home I'm afraid. Our next big tournament is the Ulster Championships, from 24th - 26th of August at The Europa Hotel, Belfast. You are welcome to enter that, or you could watch it live at www.ulsterchess.net.

Well, it was really just a group for UCU news etc, I think it would be better to set up tournament on the NI Group. We could set up a UCU members only tournament, but as cheesmen34 says, we don't have enough members
