No, if you lose one game it usually costs max 10 rating, which I would consider not important since it rarely happens.

Especially in games like minihouse, it just takes one game to ruin tens of wins. I once lost 70 elo in one minihouse game, and I'm glad chaturaji's win-losses are much more balanced since you only need top 3 to not lose importantly.

It's definitely a cool idea for a club, if only there was more interest in putting it to good use
