Firs of all, let me just say that I am truly sorry for your bad experience on ChessTV. I am the head of the ChessTV moderators, and your feedback is very important to me.

Last night, we were encountering quite a few technical difficulties all at once and most of us were scrambling trying to fix things. i will look into the matter and see which of my mods muted you and why.

In addition to that, we have a new format for the ChessTV chat that we are all working on getting used to, due to that, our modding abilities may not be perfect until we are completely comfortable with the new setup.

Again, I'm very sorry and I hope this is a satisfactory answer to your ticket.

I've been banned by a moderator during Anand-Word live TV. I'd like to know the reason for this. I haven'd been rude or abusive, possibly joking a little bit but come on nothing serious.
