REGULATION

Registration, modality and development of the meetings organized by "PROFESSIONAL CHESS ASSOCIATION WORLD LEAGUE TEAMS" as well as their contingencies, will be fulfilled according to what is determined by this regulation.

Likewise, the organization reserves the right to dictate specific rules for each specific meeting and to resolve without protest issues that have not been foreseen in this body of general regulations.

It is played as much for fun as for sporting spirit.

Its objective is to provide a stable framework for matches between these groups and to encourage their activity.

We want to start this year playing the 4 modalities of the Chess.com page, which are: AJEDREZ ESTANDAR, AJEDREZ VIVO, AJEDREZ 960 and VOTACHESS.

Depending on the number of registrants, we will separate into zones, they can be several zones or only two.

INSCRIPTION:

The registration will be done as every year, a NEWS forum will open where the interested party will have to post the LINK of the GROUP and the Person in Charge.

SYSTEM:

Depending on the number of groups that register, we handle both the SWISS PERFECT and the GESLIGA page. In both, they will all play against each other.

MODALITY:

The group of Administrators will make a schedule of game where it will indicate the day and the hour for the beginning of the same one.

MEMBERS AND RESPONSIBLE OF EACH TEAM:

Each team must appoint a captain who will be their only interlocutor before the organization to receive the necessary indications for the completion of the tournament, as well as to deal with any concerns or contingencies they may have to their development. Once the captain is notified, the organization will notify the entire team about the start date of the challenges or any other matter that may be available.

If they do not reach the minimum of players required five (5) the team will lose their points

If the team does not accept the challenge, the match will be given to the opponent.

REPRESENTATION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PLAYERS:

Whatever the reason for a player to close the account, the points of the game will be awarded to the opponent. Therefore, each participating team must assume that the faults that occurred in any of its boards, regardless of their content, will negatively affect the overall result that the team achieves.

DISCIPLINE COURT

1) the disciplinary court will monitor compliance with the regulations, warning the administration if it does not do so and denouncing cases of infraction that the administrators have overlooked, thus complementing the transparency of the game and the order that regulates it.

2) the disciplinary court will also receive and decide on questions arising from the administration, when such issues do not fit in the regulations provided. Issued the question, in the first instance, the administration will be obliged to comply with the dictated, may, for future cases, incorporate the regulation proceeding from there on more on similar issues.

3) so that the composition of the court is impartial, a representative team of participants will be established year after year, and the representative of one team in the court can not be repeated until the rest of the teams have occupied the function.
