Please everyone, even those who know me for years, leave the "Let's wait, and put just max. one-liners -- Ork will analyse" mode, which may still reside in the subconcious areas of some brains. This mental change may be hard, but it worked well without my speech when PH played vs. NO PASARAN and everyone knows I'm on the other side. PH played good VCs, and I looked at the comments -- much more activity with me absent. (Hey, do I do anything wrong with the team?)

So a better mindset is: Don't wait. Ork not there. Ork doesn't dominate the game, neither by analysing everything nor by behaviors captains of other groups show: Don't vote yet; Vote now for this... move. I give the basic ruleset at start "## The 4 most important points" everyone knows. From then on, it's not being like soldiers (who need commands), but warriors. (In chess, of course...)
Vote at the latest point you can; the best move is that one the discussion shows is the best one.
