Rules:
- Every week you let me know if you are going to participate if so then I match you against the person close to your strength.
- Winning a match will give you 1 point, drawing 0.5 and losing 0.0.
- Not participating will be like drawing against yourself the first three times, after that you will be punished for it (0.25 points instead of 0.5).

Different then normal I will try to match people with equal strength (rating) as much as possible. This will probably result in having lower rated people with as much points as the higher rating people but that hopefully will even out when I match the lower rated winners with higher rated opponents in such a way that the best player wins :).

To give an example a 1200 wins his round, so I give him a 1400 player, he wins that too then we give him a 1600 players he loses, goes back to 1400 etc. Not exactly so, but that way I hope to avoid pairing 2000 people against 500 players.
