If you are a group leader (super admin) of a team, you may enter your team to participate in The Chess League (TOCL) here.

Before you enter your team, please read the following (information for group leaders):

Requirements

Your team must have at least 100 members.
Your team must have at least 2 active super admins (active means one who is online daily, and who helps the team).

Rules

A single member can only enter one team to participate in TOCL.
If he/she would like to change the team that they enter to participate in TOCL, they may by contacting TOCL's admins, but this can only be done so at the before or after a season.
Team members must be nice and respect other teams (including group leaders, meaning you) or else they will be banned from playing in TOCL and may lose points for his/her team.
Group leaders must be serious in participating in TOCL, and cannot pull out in the middle of a season.

Information

The 2015/16 TOCL season will start on 22 August 2015, if everything occurs as planned.

Each divison has 20 teams (except if there are not enough teams participating).
In each season, there are 38 matches to be played by each team in their divison (except if there are less than 20 teams in a division).
Each team is to participate in cup knockout competitions in TOCL during division seasons.
In each team match, 50 players are to play in a match for each team.
The teams participating in TOCL will be confirmed on January 20, 2014, if everything has occured as planned.
After January 20, group leaders that want to enter their teams must wait until next season.
Divison names will be confirmed when the number of teams participating in TOCL is confirmed.
The teams will be sorted in the highest to lowest divisons by the number of players a team has. For example, the team with the most players plays in the highest divison, and the team with the least players plays in the lowest division.
Each team's division's they will be playing in will be confirmed when they number of teams participating in TOCL is confirmed.
