Let's fight with fascists in our chess community.

Dear Sirs,

I noticed today with a great concern that one of the most controversial Polish politicians, Janusz Korwin-Mikke, known for his racist, anti-woman and anti-LGBT views [below you can find more about it], who repeatedly emphasized his contempt for people with disabilities, will be a guest of one of the tournaments on the Lichess platform.

The tournament is advertised as a charity event (sic !!!) on Facebook [LINK and LINK]. It is advertised on the poster with the name Lichess (attached a banner from FB).

What is more, the tournament is organized, among others, by one of the most right-wing and extreme nationalist Polish organizations (Ruch Narodowy - National Movement), whose politicians are known from their cooperation with fascist and racist organizations, and whose members are known for assaulting women on pro-female demonstrations.

2. Is it OK for you / Do you accept it?

3. What will you do to prevent Lichess from becoming a platform of integration for Polish fascists and racists whose actions contradict the chess motto of GENS UNA SUMUS (WE ALL ARE EQUAL)?

I am looking forward to receiving a reply indicating what steps you are going to undertake in relation to this unacceptable situation.
