Ruby Dragons - PLAY OFF division of Season 2019: best 2 clubs of division green, red and blue (most easiest case)
the other 3 divisions are divided into the strongest (blue) - strong (green) - starter (yellow)
every division has 6 clubs and if during planning a divsion had 8 clubs because the lines are not sharp and clubs may be ready for 2 divisions, the clubs were compared.
