Consequences:

Rule 1: Warning, then 1 hour mute.

Rule 2: Instant demotion to member

Rule 3: Warning, then 30-minute mute.

Rule 4: Warning, then 1 hour mute.

Rule 5: Warning, then 1:30 hour mute.

Rule 6: Warning, then 1:00 hour mute.

Rule 7: Instant demotion to coordinator.
