succubus has unreliable internet connection, so we have to pull together to take up the slack.

We need some of the most powerful and worthy Dragons to take the roles of leadership.

A system of Admin teams has been designed that will be implemented.

It looks like this:

Admins will be assigned duties or asked to volunteer for duties as outlined below.
All Admins are required to fulfill their duties.
All admins are required to meet the qualifications of the position.
All admins are required to join appropriate Admin groups.
Failure to perform tasks or failure to join appropriate Admin groups will result in removal from Admin position.
All admins are encouraged to invite new members.
All admins are required to participate in Admin discussions and votes.

Required Amin Groups: The Council

(The Council has many forums for various groups which I am Super-admin or Admin for. One of these forums is the title of this group, which is where we will hold our Admin group discussions).

Description of Positions:

Head Admin. Founder or Super-Admin
Executive Admin. Assists head admin, keeps other admins to ask.
Recruiting and Retention. Invites, chases down missing members to resolve issues & request them to return, wishes us "happy new year", etc; Morale
Regular Team Match Admin. Generally, a "regular" team match is Standard opening position, 1 simultaneous game and 3 days per move, which works best for most teams. Creates and manages the matches s/he creates.
Irregular Team Match Admin. Team matches, other than 960 & standard, creates and manages.
960 Team Match Admin. Creates and manages 960 matches.
Vote Chess Admin. This admin is responsible for creating vote chess games, encouraging participation, encouraging discussion with the moves, and creating/enforcing any rules or guidelines set for Vote Chess games.
Moderator. Moderates forums & notes, settles arguments, assures rules are followed.
Tournaments Admin.Creates 2 kinds of tournaments: (1) In-house, invite only tournaments for the members of the group only; and (2) Tournaments open to all chess.com members for recruiting purposes. This admin must be a premium member.
Development Admin. Posts puzzles, info, vids, etc. to develop our chess games.
Leagues. Seeks out new life and new civ ... Ooops, no ... Seeks out leagues to join, signs us up, manages matches related to league.
Honorary. Honorary admins are those elevated to that position as gratitude, recognition, increasing morale, or other such purposes. The Honorary admin is exempt from any and all duties and requirements.
Advisor. This position is strictly at the request and discrection of the Super Admin. The role of the advisor is to advise the admin staff, namely the Head Admin, of pros and cons of given decisions made by the Admin staff. An Advisor has no voice in the direction of the team.
