A month ago I had a funny private conversation with a cheater (disguising himself as "his lawyer"), who suspected chess.com had shared private informations with me. Here it is (more recent above):

I understood your e-mail well, but you aren't in position to pose an ultimatum and I just laughed at your feeble threats. With my actual knowledge about Mr. Budka/Appeldorn my blog will stay as it is and I will not delete or change it, just because some nonentity doesn't like it. Also because I am fed up with your insolent, unwanted messages, I have decided to block your e-mail adress to avoid further "conversation" with you.

we are sorry for any misunderstanding caused by a Spanish/English translation, but we did not transmit a request but an ultimatum.

You are obviously not aware of the consequences of your incredible lies, insults, ridicule and hostility and you therefore should seek immediate advice from your lawyers. You should be aware that your horrendous abuse and insult of my client would not be tolerated in any country in the world.

Please send us name/address/details of your solicitors. It will save our law firms in London and Prague an expensive address search, which - in the end -you will have to pay.

The compensation/damages case will be filed in London, the former work place of my client, before he retired in Montevideo for health reasons - all other aspects will be dealt with by our Czech law firm. We will also file a police report and will send a detailed file "Zeman's Games" to several addresses including your work place and FIDE.

It is extraordinary to ask my client to prove your hostility, insults and lies wrong. Please accept that this will be dealt with by the lawyers and finally in court, unless your solicitors are looking for an out-of-court settlement, which seems to be unlikely after you carried on with the character assassination of my client.

You have also proven, that you are unscrupulous and capable of downloading/distributing photos (with the possibility of selling valuable ones) without the consent of the owner. In your texts/blog you also make it very clear, that you had access to the payments to CHESS.COM which were done by a third party with my client's credit cards. You are either lying or had the permission and/or support of CHESS:COM.

You call yourself "dangerous" and "furious". Indeed you are. With your 'berserk-mentality" you did not only ridicule my clients success as a photographer, but his laboratories (including partner-laboratories like TDL, London), his successful life's work and you do not stop distributing lies about my client who suffers from Leukemia and is not willing any more to let you go on like this.

You should urgently seek medical help, because it seems to be your life's work to harm and destroy life and/or reputation of your "victims".

We are awaiting the address datails of your representatives and will not accept any further comments by you. The lawyers will deal with this case now. A deletion of your blog at this stage will not stop the procedures but have only an impact on the final sum of the compensation/damages claim.

(I suppose this isn't your true name and perhaps you are Dirk Budka/Appeldorn yourself), I have decided to reject your request, based on these reasons:

a) Your story about ID-theft is lame, ridiculous and very probably outright lie. Even if that really happened, I will not delete my blog post, until you prove it, finding the true chess cheater and ID violator, sending me his photo and civil name, only then I am willing to edit it, replacing names and photos. But why would anybody stole ID of unknown, unimportant person and cheat under his name? He could easily forge artificial ID or remain anonymous. It doesn't make sense. On the other hand, I remember there was a stir at chess.com when I revealed link between Dirk's old abandoned account and newer Carola Werlknack. Moreover I suspect it was Dirk himself, who abused stolen photos of half-naked girls to forge being Carola Werlknack.

b) Dirk Budka's medical credentials remain dubious indeed. Ejarr.com is obscure online journal based in Pakistan lacking impact factor. I have nothing against alternative science, alternative publishing or alternative healthcare, but it looks really like quackery when unregistered therapist runs away and goes into hiding in South America. It smells like fraud or he faced legal problems already. His video - nothing unusual. Various insane witchdoctors, faith-healers and freaks appear in media quite regularly.

c) Dirk's alleged illness - well, give me a break. Just additional lie, I suppose. I am fed up with fabricated heart-touching online stories. And even if this part were true, it would not diminish Dirk's dirty tricks including first cheating, then continuing cheating under fake female disguise, and fraudulent quack healing.

d) Not only your baseless request is inappropriate, your overall behaviour is extraordinarily insolent too.

Please, unless you bring real evidence about alleged ID-theft, don't bother to write me again, neither by e-mail nor chess.com. Until then I suppose you are just cheater and liar. Talking with cheater can be thrilling fun at first, but it becomes annoying rather quickly. Bye.

If you do not delete this post until TUESDAY, July, 8th 2014, 3pm GMT, this case will be handed over to the law firm ZILVAROVÁ CTIBOR HLADKÝ in Prague. Your „target/victim“ Dirk worked in the field of bacterial infections and histaminosis. He ran his own laboratory, developed a new test for the activity of the enzyme diaminoxidase and co-operated with several laboratories in France, Germany and the UK. He helped thousands of people and hundreds of testimonies of patients, including VIPs in the UK and the Middle East, will confirm his successful work. He also developed a new supplement, published peer-review papers (example: http://www.ejarr.com/Volumes/Vol2/EJBS_2_03.pdf) and worked as an expert for a 6-part BBC-programme (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDjESCLiv1A). Since many decades Dirk works also as a photographer (under his artist’s name) and had successful exhibitions in the UK, USA, Argentina, Jordan and Uruguay.

At the age of 60 my client suffered a personal loss and was diagnosed with Leukaemia. He was “qualified” to retire and moved to Uruguay/Brasil to spend his remaining time with friends. Dirk became a victim of ID-theft, and his photos were downloaded, sold and uploaded on different websites, including chess.com. When your accusations started, Dirk was in hospital in Buenos Aires fighting for his life.

When realizing that you are a “medical bioanalyst”, we have assumed that your motives to ridicule and attack our client were very transparent to say the least. In the meantime the ID-theft case has been solved and closed.

Looking at your status as a ruthless informer who should seek medical help (your comment “and here he was spotted by ME, the furious, dangerous Polar_Bear”).

This “Polar_Bear” did not research nor did he verify his accusations and insults. The complete case file will be handed to the law firm in Prague and transmitted to the Chess Federation of the Czech Republic, your employer and of course the media, if we do not receive a full statement by Tuesday, July, 8th 2014, 3pm GMT, including an apology and the confirmation that the post has been deleted.
