Hello and welcome to our official admin guidelines!

Coordinators

Make sure there are at least five open vote chess seeks at all times.
Create regular daily matches.
Accept all incoming challenges.
Be active in the Notes, Live Chat and Forums.
Ask people to join daily matches or make certain moves in vote chess in the notes.
Notify an admin or super admin who is online if someone is disobeying the rules.

Admins

All of the coordinator guidelines.
Lock any useless forums, inappropriate forums, buddy meter forums and advertising or friend request forums. Give warnings only for forums that break the rules (not useless ones).
Delete any comments that do not follow the rules and give that member a warning and a reason why.
Regularly invite members (at least three a day if possible).

Super Admins

All of the Admin and Coordinator guidelines.
Regularly invite members (at least five a day if possible)
Update the view count on the sidebar.
Ensure that everyone is fulfilling their roles (titled players & coaches are excluded).

What Not to Do:

Do not to make multiple announcements in the same day unless you have a very good reason.
Do not make announcements about member milestones; I will take care of these. You may make a forum for minor milestones, not for major milestones (every 250 members, which I will announce).
Do not ban, mute or demote a member without a valid cause.

If you do not follow these guidelines for an extended period of time, you may lose your staff position.
