We finished the LCPAL Rapid Cup with a convincing victory over Team Brazil Live in the 3rd place match this afternoon. As the 3rd place team, we win five Gold memberships of varying durations (two 3-months, two 2-months, and one 1-month).

Below are my suggested winners. I took all players who had played at least 5 matches in the LCPAL Rapid Cup, then multiplied their games played by points earned to get the GxP metric that we used for prize distributions in Team USA Live. The goal is to reward both participation (games played) and performance (points earned).

Since our prize consists solely of Gold memberships, Diamond and Platinum members are ineligible to win. That left me with the following prize distribution:

The only potential issue is that @jcohen42 is an admin, and we have had discussions in the past about making admins ineligible to win membership prizes (though I believe this is the first time we have faced this situation in practice). Personally I see no problem with awarding these membership prizes to admins, given that we have a completely quantitative method of determining prize recipients.
