Hurt the kinds of Pizza you don't like! Heal the ones you do!

Each Pizza starts off with 20 health. Every hurt deals 2 damage, whilst each heal restores 1 health. Once a Pizza reaches 0 health, it is ELIMINATED.

Rules

You may vote once every 12 hours - NO MORE! Any votes casted without waiting long enough should be IGNORED by other players.
You MUST repost the list of opening, stating which opening you have healed and hurt and UPDATE the scores on the list. Failure to do so will mean that the votes are NOT cast and should be IGNORED by other players.
New rule: once there is only 5 Pizza left, all kinds of Pizza get +10 health. The same thing happens when only 2 Kinds of Pizza is left.
