Sticky topics

For those of you who do NOT know what sticky topics are, they are "stuck" topics that are always on top of a forum. There would be a tack icon next to any sticky topic.

Admins demoted

I demoted all current admins; in order to be admin you'll have to apply for a position.

To be an admin you'll have to have a position. Any admin that are currently one will have to pick out a job from the open list if they havent already done

1st meeting

All members of the council, we will have our first group meeting. The council consists of all open positions. We will message each other for suggestions for group development.
