Borealis Rook Rollers Chess Club is meeting again in Eagle River, AK!
The Alaskan chess community continues to grow in 2025. After many years without a State Affiliate Chapter for US Chess, the application has been submitted for the 2025 Delegates meeting for formal acceptance. Looking forward to the first State Championship held in person since 2013, and hopefully the largest since 2010! See www.alaskachessfederation.org for updates! (The current pending date for the State Championship is October 4th, 2025.)
