Inviting metro Detroit chessplayers of all strengths and ages to join our informal group. We'll play at the many tables (with inlaid chessboards!) in the courtyard in front of the Parisian at Partridge Creek outdoor mall. Members have been meeting regularly here on Sundays in the afternoons, usually 1:00 till 5:00 PM; however, tables are available 7 days a week during regular mall hours, so we can arrange to play any day of the week. In case of inclement weather, play can be at indoor locations that we determine later. Be an intregal part of starting a new tradition on the northeastside: Chess in the courtyard at Partridge Creek!
