Liverpool Chess Club is the oldest existing chess club in England. Founded in 1837 Liverpool Chess Club celebrated the 175 Jubilee in 2012
Liverpool Chess Club welcomes everyone interested in Chess to come along to the Crown Hotel on Tuesdays at 7.30pm
We currently have teams in Divisons 2,4 and 5 of the Merseyside Chess Association league and we also run internal league and ladder competitions for members
