Send invites to as many as people as you can but they should not be doing ban attacks
Promote or demote members only with the owners permission(The permission should be asked in a forum topic and also the reason of promoting or demoting)

If you are not following these rules and you are only on a position then you will go 1 position down but you will not go below member .
