The South Dakota Chess group is for residents of The Rushmore State who love to learn & play chess. We love to play as a team or as individuals, but either way we enjoy representing our home on the Northern Great Plains of the United States of America. Information about the SD chess scene can be found on the SD Chess Association (www.sdchess.org) website. If you get a chance, check out our SD photo album for some fine scenes from around our state. We have a diverse group, but share our love of the game. SD Chess is a charter member of the US States Team Chess League, and we encourage all other states to participate in this league.
