Budapest is the capital of Hungary. The Budapest Commuter Area is home to 3.3 million people. The history of Budapest began with Aquincum, that became the Roman capital of Lower Pannonia. The city attracts about 4,5 million tourists a year, we are the 25th most popular city in the world. This group represents Budapest in the site’s official World Cities League (WCL), in CWC, in WCL 960 and in the World Cities Open Swiss (WCOS). In 2016 the Team of Budapest was the European champion!
