In the wasteland of the Off-Topic Forum (OTF)—a realm ruled by sleep deprived OTFers—there exists a mysterious and powerful group known only as The Committee.

Their sacred duty? To seek out and honor those brave souls who demonstrate excellence. Excellence in what, you ask? That depends. Some write insightful posts. Some make memes so good they achieve spiritual transcendence. Some just vibe harder than anyone else.

While The Committee may sound elite, they are still very much creatures of the OTF: fueled by sarcasm, powered by caffeine, and occasionally derailed by threads about pineapple on pizza or whether to add cereal or milk first to a bowl.

If it slaps, The Committee notices so post your best. Be weird. Be brilliant. Be both. And maybe, just maybe, The Committee will deem you worthy of membership.
