To be a member, you must fulfill 4 conditions:
1 - Never use engines
2 - Vote only after team discussion (to avoid drive-by votes)
3 - Have a relatively high rating (to avoid high position evaluation differences)
4 - Be as active at our VC games (by commenting) as possible.
The purpose of the group is not get to the top of the VC leader board, but to make its members enjoy playing each game...
