hey everyone! So, I can't tell y'all how happy I am to see us all working as a team and becoming one of the best admin teams on chess.com! I realized that our club is growing very quickly, and we have no official staff rules. None of you guys are doing anything wrong, but there have been some questions thrown around about the jobs, expectations, and action of each title. For that reason, here are the official LTAC staff rules to create some clarity.
Co-Owner (@dogs4evr)
The co-owner is allowed to do virtually everything I can. This includes muting, kicking, letting people into the club, creating forums, creating matches, enforcing rules, making decisions for the club, authorizing (or not) advertising, determining what qualifies as breaking an LTAC rule and taking proper action, deleting inappropriate notes, changing the description when necessary, etc. The only thing I ask the co-owner not to so without my permission is banning. Super Admins (@FaithfulServant, @Redithon, @CDRED141)
Super Admins are allowed to do most of what the owner and co-owner can do, with a few exceptions. Super Admins are allowed to mute, kick, let people into the club, create forums, create matches, delete inappropriate notes, and enforce the rules of the club. I ask Super Admins to refrain from authorizing advertising without checking with me or @dogs4evr, and not make any changes to the club description without checking with me or dogs4evr.
Admins (, @Xx_Nebula_xX,@Avaniyup, @BillBelichick01, @Timalina2)
Admins are allowed to do everything Super Admins can, with the exception of creating matches and kicking. If you are an admin and you believe there is a reason for someone to be kicked, please check with me or any other LTAC Super Admin and come to a conclusion. You are allowed to mute, let people into the club, enforce the rules of the club, create forums, delete inappropriate notes, etc. Thanks to our awesome admins!

Coordinators are allowed to do a few things that admins can do, but with some exceptions. You are allowed to mute, enforce LTAC rules, create forums, and delete inappropriate notes. Refrain from permitting advertising without checking with me or @dogs4evr, do not kick or ban without checking with me or @dogs4evr, no changing club description, and no creating matches without permission from me or @dogs4evr.
