Point 1 "Captain" A captain will be appointed for each game. In order to be a captain, you must be well versed in at least two openings and have a rating of at least 1400. The captain is obliged to:1- follow each move2- offer an answer option3- listen to the suggestions of other team players and analyze them together.It is the captain who is assigned the role of leader and the final choice remains with him. Point 2 "Opposition"If you have your own vision of the further game, and your winning move differs from the captain's proposed move, you have every right to go into opposition by completing the following points:1- Argue your continuation in the chat, proving the superiority of your move with chess notation.2- Wait for the captain to review your version, and his further thoughts. Perhaps he will see your move as better and go over to your side. If not, then at the end you can vote for your version. What can't you do? 1) Shifting responsibility onto someone else, or emphasizing someone else's guilt for a defeat or failure.2) Ignoring or belittling someone else's suggestions. Our rejection or disagreement with a certain continuation should be based on chess vision, not emotions. And if we reject someone's option, we should argue for it.3) Submitting a proposal without arguing.4) Voting for a move without writing about it in the chat, except for those options that the captain or the opposition have proposed. Six things I learned, as the middle of the year starts. 6 THINGS to MAKE A HALF YEAR GOAL AND HAVE GROWTH 1. Get right in action - move your pieces, starts today, tomorrow, show up, move on now and move forward. Practice, Learn new things. Get UP! 2. Think on HOW YOU MEASURE SUCCESS - yes! measure it, calculate it, make sure its possible and attainable. Then if not attainable. Look for stepping stone. Look for mentors, good friends to measure it. Ask Question! 3. Make a "PHRASE GOAL" - Its like a word you want to attain everyday, like "I can do this" or "I can go to other country this year" or "I can meet you" or "I am beautiful" or "I can shook up the World" "I can earn money", "I can be 2000 rating" and stop being self pity. Forgive yourself! 4. Get Inspired - by family, people, or have motivation, why you want things to happen. 5. Think What You Want - Simply just know what you want, and have a direction thru it. If you don't know what you want, then "don't talk to me" even my dogs know what they want. 6. Treat Yourself - Give yourself a happiness you deserved.
