Hello my fellow ChessWhizzes,  Since our club has began to thrive, we will be making quite a few adjustments on how to become staff (C, A, SA). Effective March 11, 2025: In order to become a coordinator, is technically my decision, but you can approach me and talk to me, and I may grant coord to you if you have a history of being active in other clubs. But, in order to be promoted from COORDINATOR to ADMIN: You have to be active in the club, creating events, and making things like Would You Rather, Word of the Day, Daily Puzzles, etc.. The sky is the limit. Please make all content appropriate.  In order to become SA: You have to be, as mentioned before, active in the club and inviting at least 5 members a day. Please do not beg for promotions. This is strictly against the rules, which will be in a forum soon, and penalties will be assessed for severe and repetitive violations. 

please vote for me. i have a few reasons why i am very active and am online every day i am in 100+ clubs and am admin in 20-30 clubs i can host many games and stuff i will make a lot of events i will invite 20 per day be very active and help alot more posts will come soon but please vote for me

the person for a week getting the most members on this club will be the co- owner do u agree lighting or anybody

I am very active when I've got a reason to be, and will make forum games more often then not. They'll be complex or have a twist to shake things up. In terms of educational, I do stuff like opening repetiores, occasional puzzles, and GM games analysis. Vote for me and I can help

Hello CWC! I have formed a forum regarding the different things you are required to do in order to become a staff member. Also, I prefer for there to be only coordinators and admins as open staffing; super admins has a limit of 3. So first off, to become an COORDINATOR, it's really easy; you just need to be a staff member in a different club. To become AN ADMIN, you are required to coordinate the following way: -If people ask for club information; please ask them to DM (direct message) me and I will respond ASAP; but sometimes it might take several hours due to other club circumstances. Hello CWC, Various people have asked me about certain tournament formats and will they be active in this club. I haven't been able to provide a proper response to those questions; because it depends on the amount of members CWC will gain. Our goal is to reach 50-100 members. I sincerely thank @Neyalia who has recently joined our club and created a banner that will be a potential encouragement for different users to join our club. Events such as Vote Chess, Daily Tournaments, etc. will be created; but not currently as we have only 10 members not involving the staffing, 17 involving the staffing. Me, @chesswhiz2031 and our second super admin @chesswhizviktor and our new super admin @Neyalia are working hard to develop more members in order to schedule more events. The currently scheduled events that will hopefully contain a good amount of participants are our Halloween Bullet. We also have our 24-hour New Year Arena. We hopefully will have more events before those, however, we need a minimum of 25 members in order for that to happen. Thanks for your sincere understanding. Sincerely, CWC SA Team

This forum is in recognition of our first participating titled player: FM @dopolian!! This user has been promoted as admin and will be supervising various tournaments at certain times to ensure everyone is playing fairly; for instance, our Halloween Bullet Arena is the tournament that he will be most likely supervising as I will be offline, due to the fact that the tournament initiates late: 8:15-10:15 PM EST If @dopolian detects any suspicious games that might potentially indicate that one of the opponents is cheating, he will DM me and I will ban the cheating person. Which would also mean we would need to figure out a way to monitor players during the tournament, which, frankly, is undesirable. @dopolian will not be monitoring the tournament the whole two hours it will last; he needs to stay at least 10 minutes, however, I will review games regardless of whether he monitored the games or not.
