Hello All, The open is being held at the North Shore Westin. It is a nice hotel with a couple of great restaurants. The steak house "Tramonto's" was featured on "Top Chef" and let me tell you they have some of the best steaks in this country, and I have killed many a cow! Try the "Tomahawk" but I digress. The indoor pool and hottub are adequate and the gym is pretty good too. The bfast room on the upper floor is extra so bring bagels or prepare to go out before the games start. It is family friendly and behind the hotel there is a forest preserve which has nice trails and a lake. The hotel is also pet friendly, so bring the whole pack. I will have my 5 year old and she would love someone to play with. There are many local restaurants in the area and other hotels too.
