FERZ Chess Club is a unique chess club located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that focuses on creating an immersive experience that combines chess with elements of music, art and networking. The club was founded by Nastya Bers in December 2023. She sought to emphasize the strength and creativity of women, hence the name "Ferz", which refers to the Queen (the most powerful piece) in historical chess.
