Does anybody in GRCC offer private chess lessons?

Who here is going to the Michigan Open? I am playing the 4 day schedule in the reserve section.

Hello everyone! This is Hunter and I had an idea from the other day that I wanted to run past you all. For one game night I thought it would be fun to have two teams, two rooms, and just one board. Each team will consult before each move. To make it fair we could divide the strong and weaker players as evenly as possible. This game would be unrated and in the case that one team has fewer players, we may grant more time or draw odds. I wanted to run this idea past everyone to get your thoughts and suggestions. As this setup would have two teams consulting, we would need a minimum of 55/delay 5. Please feel free to give your thoughts and I hope to see you all next Tuesday😁♟♟
