I will be offline til Wednesday for the festivities, and whoever has been the most active member in the club will be promoted 1 tier up. I will look at all that has happened during the time, and decide on who deserves it most.
After the promotion, the member will be asked to keep being active as much as possible. They will only be demoted if they get completely inactive.
