Hello, this is an invite template I have made. Admins can use this while inviting members. If anybody has any suggestions and improvements, please inform me here. Hey! In this group, all players are very welcome. We are just building this team and would like to you contribute for its growth. We are going to play several team matches and VC games. We are always willing to talk, and members can have plenty of discussions. Some titled players have joined our group, and we have plenty of strong players to play and analyse games. We are a very fast growing team. We have an organised system for VC games.

AS this is Himgouree`s group, I have posted what Himgouree thinks is the procedure of vote chess- Folks, I believe we need a more diciplined/managed way to do Vote Chess in this group. The challenge is that a lot of members vote before any discussion has taken place. The main benefits of Vote Chess are in my opinion to: learn from other members play as a "team" vs. stand-alone individuals Based on experience from other groups, I would suggest that: 1) We only vote during the last 24 hours (or the last 50% of the time) 2) We discuss the benefits of various moves before voting 3) Somebody (admin) takes the responsibility of posting an "alert" in the relevant Vote Chess games when it is time to vote ("discussion over, folks, time to act !") 4)get someone who is able and willing to take the leadership and in charge for our vote chess, to have a leader in vote chess is good, to control the ongoing vote chess, collect peoples's rost and anylisis than give alert a wake up call to the team. The wake up call (give alert to allow people to start to vote as decided best move) in the last 24 hours for 3 days/move vote chess and in the last 12 hours for shorter day/move (rapid). Make the person who is in charge to lead our vote chess as Admin.and announce him officially that he is the Kaptain of our vote chess. Make sure people don't submit their vote before our team captain given indication to start to vote. Good Team is being cooperatived between captain and team. 5)Here are some diagrams which can be helpful to use to control our vote chess. These diagrams are used in The Terminator, the result is excellent. Very orgenized, smooth, cooperatived between captain and team. 6)Diagram to remind team to follow and discuss the move: Desplay this diagram picture follow with the decided move (type the move right beside this giagram) to let let people start to submid their vote as decided MOVE: 7)In this way, I think we would all have a better learning experience and (of course) perform much better in the games as a team. Comments/ideas?
