"You may learn much more from a game you lose than from a game you win. You will have to lose hundreds of games before becoming good player." Ok, this famous quote from Jose Raul Capablanca means that when you lose a game you can learn from it, and that no one can really win all their games. Another thing it means is that, the people that became GMs, IMs, and so forth, when they lost, they were sad for a bit, but then they got up again. On the other hand, some people when they lost, they were sad forever and never got up again. So, guys don't be sad when you lose, or if you are be sad for just a minute because you don't want the loss to affect you. Remember this, losing is a learning opportunity.
