It has been 1 year since we lost our good friend Byron. We have left his name in our group since that time. We have decided, today is a good day to honor him, and tonight we will retire him from our roster. Think of Byron today. November 5th, the Coquille chess club is hosting a tournament. So we have a Team Vote Chess match. This is our first group one. There are all kinds of help topics for Team Vote chess, but I think this is an EXCELLENT way for our stronger players to show us not so strong players good strategy!

Even though we are losing our matches, we arent doing bad! We have played some tough games in the last few weeks against some really strong opponents! We even managed a draw against the Dark Knights!
We will be starting another team match shortly to keep our matches to two at a time. Sign up! Lets get some wins under our belt!

It is OSCF rated, and is a blast. A more relaxed tournament with sections for all ratings.
