I found a group http://www.chess.com/groups/view/the-kyrgyzstan-chess-team that is ruled by http://www.chess.com/echess/profile/Barbosss , is described "Our team is representing Kyrgyzstan in the world chess league" but containes only him (Rating about 1000-1100) and created on Oct 21, 2011 (a week ago).
