Statute of the "Tertulos Chess Army" ClubArt.1"Tertulos Chess Army" is a chess club.Art.2"Tertulos Chess Army" is a chess club under the "State/Regional Federation" category.Art.3"Tertulos Chess Army" undertakes to respect democracy, unless the Statute of the "Tertulos Chess Army" Club says otherwise.Art.41.The main authority in the club is exercised by the Super Administrator.2. Subordinate power is exercised by the Club members.Art.5The club undertakes to comply with the regulations of the "Chess.com" platform and does not promote any ideology, and respects other opinions.Art.6The Super Admin is the user "Angriffsmeister_Tertulos" and/or designated userArt.7There is freedom of speech in the Club, as long as it does not violate Article 5.Art.8The Super Administrator appoints administrators and coordinators, and also demotes them.Art.81.The official avatar of the Club is the "Head of Tertulos".2. Art.10 The highest authority in the club has the "Supreme Tertulos College" Art.11 The "Supreme College of Tertulos" means the Superadmins, the Club Owner, five elected Admins and three elected coordinators. Club Owner has 4 votes, Superadmins 3 votes, Admins 2 votes and Coordinators 2 votes. The Club Owner has authority over the 'Supreme Tertulos College'. Art.12 The Club Owner has the title of Club Protector. The Club's protector is the user @Angriffsmeister_Tertulos. The Club Owner has the title of Club Protector. The Club's protector is the user @Angriffsmeister_Tertulos. Art.13 The Club Owner has the title of Club Protector. The Club's protector is the user @Angriffsmeister_Tertulos. The club's protector cannot be removed unless he or she agrees. Then @Angriffsmeister_Tertulos chooses the next protector himself. @Angriffsmeister_Tertulos then he can still vote in the "Supreme Tertulos College" with five votes Art.14 Club users (except for the club's protector) can choose the club's chief referee, who will check whether there is fair play in the club and whether it is in accordance with the club's statute.
