Is the Accelerated Panov the Ultimate Caro-Kann Killer? Hey everyone, I've been experimenting with the Accelerated Panov against the Caro-Kann, and I think it might be one of the most underrated weapons for White. Unlike the standard Panov-Botvinnik, this version forces Black to make early concessions, often leading to awkward queen moves and immediate attacking chances. In a recent game, I used this approach and found myself launching a kingside attack straight out of the opening. Check out the game here: Game Link.
