Guys, I want to ask, what do you ussualy do in this situation, when you tried to kinda play London system or something like that and black pushes the queen to h4? What are the best moves for white in this situation? I was in this situation couple of times. Should i not open like this at all or there is a perfect solution to defend this queen move?

Hello, guys. I am wondering do you like club matches and what rating do you want them to be? I'm always open for suggestions. Also willing to make some coordinators if you like to create some matches in the future and understand what you're doing. (I mean creating close rating matches like 1000 - 1200 and not like 1-1500 because then lower rating players wont stand a chance).
