So a sneak peak into one of our traditions to start. We always open family presents on Christmas Eve and open Santa's presents on Christmas Day. I HAVE GOTTEN DIRECT CONSENT FROM @ant-x. I WILL SEND PROOF IF NEEDED. . This is a tournament hosted in Custom Variants, by @imchesspro0930. Here is the main forum in Custom Variants, but I will summarize it for you. https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/i-am-planning-to-make-a-prized-tournament  This tourney is made to give the attention that some of the very underrated variants on the Variants server that they deserve. Me, @imchesspro0930 sincerely believes into this and has decided to make a tournament with membership prizes, on 4 variants (that are still mostly undecided), one is decided to be Acheron, made by me, and the other is Chaturdrez, made by @martinaxo, you may try to persuade me about the remaining 2.  There will be 4 timezones this tournament is available in. GMT 00:00, GMT 06:00, GMT 12:00 and GMT 18:00. Thus, I really hope at least one of this works for you. More detailed things are in the club where this tournament is organized. Here is how the scoring will work. All scores from the 4 tournaments will be merged, thus you will only be eligible for 1 prize maximum. In 2P Variants, wins count as 3 points, draws, 1 and losses are 0. In 4P Variants, 1st place is 3, 2nd is 2 points, 3rd is 1, and 4th place is 0. Precautions about teaming and 4pc formatting is further explained in the club.  You will get multipliers if you participate in fewer variants, because we really do not want to give a huge disadvantage to those who cannot participate due to their schedules. If you only participate in 1 variant, your scores will be doubled, if you participate in 2, your scores will be multiplied by 1.25.  If you wish to join, please join this club, https://www.chess.com/club/chess-variants-tournament for further notice, and answer this poll with your chess.com username written https://strawpoll.com/NPgxe6EKAZ2 in the name section. That will make me able to organize opponents you would have to fight in Day 1. This is potentially able to increase if there is a lot of interest. This tournament will only be formed if atleast 20 players participate, so your participation matters.  The 2 days where the main games stretch will be January 4th, and January 5th 2025.
