This is an example of an opening called the Four Knights Game, which is commonly used by players like Wesley So, and Emil Sutovsky. I like to play the opening myself. That is an example of a Spanish variation, the most common. There are a few ways to use this opening, however it is optimal for beginners. Here is another example, called the Italian variation.
