This is an important aspect of our club! Let's just jump straight into it, shall we?
Applying for coordinator: Anyone can apply for coord, as long as they don't beg, so just state once that you would like to apply to avoid gaining a point.
(The maximum amount of permanent coordinators is 10 at the moment.)
Keeping coordinator: The requirements to keep this title are quite simple: Be active, and create the occasional team match.
Note: If you are going to challenge a club you are already a member of, it is preferred to make it a vote chess challenge instead of a daily tournament, otherwise you will not be able to join.
Applying for admin: You actually have some requirements in order to apply for the admin title: Must have been coordinator for at least 2 weeks, posted at least 10 notes and 5 forums, and obtained less than 12 points.
Remember, you must state that you are applying for admin, NOT beg!
Keeping admin: For admin, the requirements are: Invite members, be active, avoid breaki rules, and make some form offother contribution to the club.
Also quick tip: If you're going on vacation, or in any other way, will not be able to fulfill your staff position, just tell me or the co-owner that you will be going offline. This gives you a lot more leeway!
Admin guidelines: Since being an admin gives you extra benefits, there are extra guidelines you must follow, or you will be demoted on the spot and gain extra points as well.
#1: The kick out feature should NEVER be used, as it is not a method of rule enforcement in this club. (5 points + demotion to coordinator)
#2: Always check how many points someone has before giving out punishments! Not doing so can result in over-or-under-punishment! (4 points + demotion to coordinator)
#3: Do NOT abuse the protection system to unfairly get off your admin duties (demotion to coordinator + admin post lost for 1 month, second infringement 4 points + demotion to member + admin post lost forever)
Applying for Super Admin: This one is a little more difficult; here are the requirements: Must have been admin for at least 1 month, gained a decent level of respect + most importantly, MY TRUST in this club, and obtained less than 8 points!
Keeping super admin: Keeping the Super Admin title is tough, unless you are me, my alt, or the co-owner!: Be very active, invite often, create team matches, create a large contribution, and look for rule-breakers!
Super admin guidelines:
#1: DON'T DEMOTE ANYONE unless you KNOW they broke enough rules to be demoted, and even if you KNOW they deserve it, DM ME! GET MY PERMISSION FIRST! (8 points + Demoted to coordinator, super admin post lost forever)
#2: The rules of admin are more strict! (7 points + demoted to coordinator, super admin post lost forever for kicking out, 22 points for banning without permission, 6 points + demoted to coordinator for not checking points before punishing, 3 points + demotion to coordinator for first abusing protection infringement, 6 points + demoted to member, super admin post lost forever for second infringement)
DO NOTE that there will occasionally be exceptions to the recruitment requirements, and I will sometimes promote people even though they have not asked or won any challenges!
