I do not think 1900 compares to 1900 lichess, I am 1650 on everything on lichess but 1750-2100 on here.

This is about rapid 4pc teams, not FFA
After a week or two or playing for about 45mins a day, I have progressed up the rating ladder, from the 1500 starting rating, down to about 1425, and steadily but a rocky way up to 1900. I am pleased with my rating and I hope to get 2000 before my 11th birthday which is in May, but I was wondering. How good is a 1900 rating exactly? I have yet to find a chart where it converts 4pc ratings into 2pc ratings. I assume it would be roughly the same skill as a 1900 lichess player, because they also use glicko system? Anyway here's the things I was wondering:
How good is my rapid 4pc teams rating?
Is there any stats for average 4pc ratings?
And, is there any skilled potential team mates out there (I'm looking for 1800+) that would wanna play with me?
