2. Format: 3 mins Blitz at chess.com live chess. 7 swiss round. 1 round per day only.
3. Result will be post at the forum "1st Ray Duque Chess Tournament". Result will be post by the winning player or in case of draw, agreed by both player who will be the one to post.
4. Registration format: Complete name/cp number(smart,TNT,sun,globe,TM only)/Location. Incomplete format will be forfeited in joining this tournament.

C. Player(s) residing outside Philippines, can also join but the registered cp number are the only valid number. In case of winner, you can use the cp number of your relatives/Family member (this will be use for the prize)
D. Registration will start October 10, 2016 and ends October 26, 2016. Registration group will be at "Team Philippines United" title "1st Ray Duque Chess Tournament". No other group forum to post on the comment. this is only a news forum to our group.
E. Tournament will start at October 28, 2016 - November 03, 2016. Final results will be on November 05, 2016, also the awarding of Prize.
5. Prize is through Load
A. Champion - PhP100.00
B. 2nd - PhP50.00
C. 3rd - Php30.00
D. 4th - PhP20.00
6. In case of tie score. Buchholz Tie-Breaks, Sonneborn-Berger-Tie Break may apply in order to break the score.
7. No post, No result, score 0-0 will be given to both players.
8. No cheating, once caught on cheating, score will be given to the losing opponent even a draw result will occur.
9. In case cheating will be detected at the final results, the result will be given to the next rank.
