2020 Cup

This forum is for the 2020 Cup.  In the next post you will find the draw for all rounds.   Please follow this forum to follow the progress of the tournament.  

The four teams competing in the 2019 cup have been given a bye in round 1.   

Please send challenges for round 1 as soon as possible.  All matches to start by the end of November.  The round 2 match between Leinster and Yorkshire can also start.  The rest of the round 2 matches will start once both teams have an unbeatable lead in round 1.  

Please name matches using the following CC20 Cup R1 Team A v Team B

(CC for county championship, 20 for 2020 and R1 for round 1, replace team a and team b with team names) 

The minimum number of boards is 4 for the cup.

Somerset Wyvern have crossed the finish line against Hampshire. The score is 9.5 - 6.5 in the 9 board match. Well played Hampshire, a close battle.

Cambridgeshire through to round two.  They have gained 5 points and if their match v Munster is a draw they win on board elimination.

Buckinghamshire have beaten Staffordshire in match 1, and Essex have beaten Suffolk (sad face) in match 2, giving us Bucks. vs Essex in Round 2, I think?
